The PAC report into the debacle surrounding the £900 million Paddington project, which was masterplanned by Terry Farrell, appears to support Pringle's grievances.
The document savaged the lack of design brief, project leadership and organisation on the scheme, which collapsed in 2005 at enormous cost to the taxpayer without even winning planning permission.
Pringle believes that Smart PFI, which promotes the role of the architect and the design brief, is the answer to these problems.
